Licence, scope, and acceptance

Jet4Bet Casino is operated under licence number OGL/2024/161/0191, granted by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and the conditions of that licence govern how we run games, hold player funds, and resolve complaints.

The agreement covers the website, any mobile version, all games offered on it, and every promotional offer unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Where a promotion's own rules conflict with this document, the promotion's rules apply to that offer alone.

We may amend these terms to reflect changes in law, licence conditions, or the products we offer. Revisions are published here with a new revision date, and continued play after publication constitutes acceptance. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we will notify registered players by email at least fourteen days beforehand.

If any clause is found unenforceable by a competent court, that clause is severed and the remainder continues in force.

Registration and account obligations

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the higher minimum age applicable in your province or territory of residence, and legally permitted to gamble where you are located. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is your responsibility, not ours.

One person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under different names, addresses, devices, or payment methods, will be closed and any balance arising from them may be withheld pending investigation.

All information you supply must be truthful and kept current. Login credentials are personal and confidential; activity conducted through your credentials is treated as your activity, and you must tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend account functions while verification, source-of-funds checks, or sanctions screening are outstanding. Deliberately supplying false documents is grounds for permanent closure and forfeiture.

Deposits, wagering, and withdrawals

Deposits must originate from a payment instrument held in your own name. Third-party funding is refused, and any amount received from a third party will be returned to source once identified.

Player balances are held separately from operational funds. Balances do not earn interest, and the account may not be used as a savings, transfer, or currency-exchange facility — repeated deposits followed by withdrawals with negligible play may be treated as attempted laundering and reported.

Withdrawal requests are normally reviewed within twenty-four hours of submission, with the time to reach your account depending on the method chosen. Payouts are returned to the deposit method wherever possible, and full verification must be complete before the first withdrawal is released.

Every game result is produced by a random number generator tested by an independent laboratory. In the event of a discrepancy between what a screen displays and what our servers record, the server log is decisive; rounds affected by a malfunction, connection failure, or pricing error are void and stakes are returned.

Promotions and bonus conditions

Bonuses, free spins, and cashback are optional and may be declined at the point of deposit. Each offer carries its own qualifying deposit, wagering multiplier, maximum bet while wagering is active, game weighting table, and expiry date, all stated on the offer page.

Bonus funds are wagered before cash funds unless the offer states the reverse. Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived amount is withdrawable; requesting a withdrawal while a requirement is outstanding forfeits the remaining bonus and associated winnings.

Strategies designed to extract value without genuine play — low-risk or opposite betting, coordinated group play, exploiting a pricing or software error, or exceeding the stated maximum stake while a bonus is live — void the bonus and any winnings produced by it.

We reserve the right to withdraw a promotion, or to exclude an individual player from promotional offers, without stating reasons, provided that no already-completed wagering requirement is affected.

Conduct, liability, and complaints

Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools that play on your behalf, or any method of interfering with the platform is prohibited, as is abusive conduct towards our staff or other players.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for losses arising from interrupted internet connectivity, device failure, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control, and our aggregate liability in respect of any claim is limited to the balance held in your account at the time the claim arose.

Complaints should be raised first with our support team, who will acknowledge within twenty-four hours and aim to resolve the matter within eight working days. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, the case may be escalated in writing to our complaints manager, and thereafter to the Curaçao Gaming Authority under the dispute procedure attached to licence OGL/2024/161/0191.

Dormant accounts with no login for twelve consecutive months may be charged a monthly administration fee against any remaining balance, after we have attempted to contact you at your registered email address.
